Cover Slut - Updates

Friday, July 9, 2010

Ran across a few updated covers this morning:

They changed the coloring on this one slightly - previously the shield and the middle were mosty grey tones and blended in with the background..  Empire of Silver will be released December 28, 2010.

They changed the cover quite a bit for Tasha Alexander's upcoming Dangerous to Know, set for release October 26, 2010.   (I tried to insert the link for the previous black and white version but my computer is not cooperating - if you want to see it, you can search for "Tasha" on my blog and it will bring up the post from a few months ago - sorry about that!).

I posted the black and white version of The Raven Queen last week and here it is in color.  It is set for release February 22, 2011.  She looks like someone you don't want to mess with!

The paperback version of  G.J. Meyer's The Tudors (non-fiction) will be released March 22, 2011.  The cover slut in me couldn't resist posting this pretty cover - I love the necklace and the dress!.

NICE covers! I really like the cover to the Tasha Alexander one! And I am very much looking forward to The Raven Queen, I LOVED The Swan Maiden! Jules Watson is an excellent story teller.

I'm glad I didn't pick up the hardcover of The Tudors - I like this cover much better.

    Thanks for posting Daphne!

Have you read any of Tasha Alexander's books? She's been on my radar for a long time now, but I haven't picked anything up yet.

That Tudor book cover is awfully inviting!!!

I"m glad I haven't gotten the Tudor book either - I like this cover so much better than the hardback.

I haven't read any of Alexander's books. They are really outside of the time frame I"m interested in, but I know a lot of people who like them.

Good grief, there's a bodice in need of ripping if I ever saw one! ;-)

    Word verification - alert.

Love it when you get a real word for verification.
