I"ve been thinking about this for some time and since I don't do Facebook (I swear I would never get anything done if I did) I decided to give it a try. I"m not exactly sure what I'm going to do with it but we'll see!!
I did not see the point of it either for a long time until it proved itself useful. I use twitter feed (twitterfeed.com) to feed my blog posts to it. I met some really cool people there like a friend who came across me by a Mary Queen of Scots re-post in Twitter. He made a video of one of my art works and made it talk for me, it is one of the coolest things I have ever seen. I am following you now too!
Hard to say. I tried the twitter thing for a while and just found it downright annoying, but I know that it can be beneficial for your blog, espcially if you are trying to drive traffic, but keep these things in mind: 1/ If you start tweeting, then you MUST keep with with it regularly 2/It will help if you "follow" other people because most will then "follow" you 3/to really create a good Twitter "community," it can take alot of time and work, up to you
I love history and historical fiction, mostly books set in England through Elizabeth I as well as those set in Medieval and Renaissance Europe and the American, French and Russian Revolutions.

Just some thoughts. Good luck!
