The Tower of London from our 2009 trip:
Outside the Lanthorn Tower. I thought this looked like such a nice, quiet place to sit (not that I did - too many things to see!).
One of the many arched doors and spiral staircases. For some reason I seem to take a lot of pictures of doors/entrances
What great photos! That first one totally takes me back to my own trip to the Tower back in 2004 :) I need to go back!

Great pictures! I've been to the Tower a few times and would love to go back again.
Funny you mention taking lots of pictures of doors and entranceways because when I was going through my photos from my last trip to England in 2010, I noticed I'd taken an awful lot of photos of doors and entrancesways :-)
