Shots from last year's trip to Paris:

The Sacre Coeur Basilica (The Basilica of the Sacred Heart of Paris.  Started in 1875 and completed in 1914, it sits on the highest point in the city.  The inside is just spectacular but unfortunately, pictures were not allowed.

The view of the city just outside the church (using the panoramic feature of my camera - click to enlarge)

While doing research for a hotel in Paris, I noticed how many reviews (of different hotels) mentioned how small the elevators are.  Well, they weren't kidding.   We stayed at a cute boutique hotel - The Hotel de la Sorbonne - and this was the elevator.  The only way for my daughter and I and our two suitcases to fit was for her to practically sit on hers!  Without suitcases, you could probably fit three people in there comfortably, but it would still be a pretty tight fit.
